Check out the series of clips I made doing a new outside cardio/upper body fat burning cardio blitz. This was a quick, intense workout you might want to try.
 
It is shown in reverse order, start at bottom.
The medicine ball rebounds (12 pound ball) were done for 3 sets of 50 reps each from standing position, one setx50 seated on 5g bucket, then sittingvery low for final set of 50. Throw the ball explosively and keep up the pace. Keep rest between sets at a minimum.
Heavy bag was hit for 4-5 min total, finishing with 20 strict reps of pushups on the power tower.
This workout will have you sweating & panting!
