This book contains excerpts from the creme of the crop of old school training
programs, discusses the common threads among them, weeds out the less valuable
info. I discuss comparisons to newer training methods, meshing the old with the
new, where to find much of this info for free on your own. Many have repackaged just
one of these programs and are selling online for more than my book. A great intro to
"Old School" methods!
