     Our

    Mission

   Statement

The mission of this site is to help today's Christian ( or anyone else) improve his/her health and strength, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Whether you're new to fitness, or have been in the game for decades. We seek a dialogue with other Christian athletes and would-be athletes of all kinds who are looking for resources, encouragement, and a great support network.
Of course, all are welcome, regardless of faith background or no faith at all.

About Me
I have been a born again christian since I was 8 years old, but had a long period of being out of fellowship that unfortunately lasted for years. I can attest to the patience and grace of God, as He never turned his back on me, even when I had turned mine on him.
I've been training in some form or another since my teen years, and have ammassed a wealth of experience and knowledge in the physical fitness arena, primarily in power lifting.
I have recently passed my test and am now a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with the AAAI/ISMA organization!

I continue to read books, check out various forum posts, and do everything I can to enhance my knowledge in the fitness and diet arenas in order to help both myself and my readers.

Spiritually, I struggle to be all I should be as a Christian.
I can relate to the Apostle Paul's lament about doing the things I don't want to do, and not doing the things I should.

I have used Anabolic steroids in the past, but currently am training drug free.( about 18 years now) I will be honest, steroids work. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. However, I have seen a lot of damage done by "The Juice". The short-term gains are not worth the side effects and potential heartache down the road. Besides, with modern day ergogenic nutritional supplements, you can get a great deal of the benefits of steroids without all the associated risks.

Lets build ourselves up together,naturally!!

 God Bless,Dave
