Super Cool DIY Isometric tool

This is a pretty cool Isometric training tool consisting of wood blocks,chain, handles, hooks, but can be made even more interesting with some heavy duty springs, as Ross shows towards the end of the post. Where would you get these?



I found a set like these fairly cheaply at Ace Hardware. Check the resistance!
